Leisurely breakfast arrangements - just help yourself to breakfast when you want.
Accomodation very warm (sub-zero weather conditions outside)
Pillows and bed very comfortable.
Dislikes:

the studio flat was ideal for 2 with everything you need just turn up with your clothes and do as much or as little as you want .good for bike rides

The room was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet location, resulting in a good night's sleep. The dog slept well too!
Dislikes:
The breakfast was good, but I would have preferred to have been able to eat it in a 'breakfast room' rather than in our bedroom.

My partner and I stayed over for just the one night as we where visiting friends and also a local event.We did arrive rather later than expected,however the owner was very welcoming and understanding.After a brief chat we were shown to our room which was beautiful,very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for.We ate in one of the local pubs which was about a ten minute stroll from the hotel.The staff where very friendly and the food was delicious.A very comfortable,pleasant stay. Although the hotel had only the continental breakfast,this was outstanding,with lots of choice.It made a nice change to be able to have your breakfast in the privacy of your own room.
Dislikes:
Our stay was excellent.The hotel inspector would be proud.

Loved the house itself and the rooms, quaint and charming. Our room had a lovely four poster bed and the bathroom was classy. The products in the bathroom were also top quality.
Dislikes:
Only that cooked breakfast is not on offer. I am particularly partial to a cooked breakfast when staying away. Also need to say that the quality of the continental breakfast was very good.

Many thanks for your review,your comment about the breakfasts is very fair .Next time you come I would recommend the full English breakfast at Mortons Fork for around £5 which is just a five minute walk away.
